What we collect: name, email address, organisation, country, industry, your answers and the calculated results, plus timestamp and consent. Why: to show and send your results, and to contact you about your results and related Spihra services. Collected data may also be used for analysis of the market or the industry, but is then presented only at an anonymised and aggregated level. No individual organisation's data is ever disclosed. The legal basis is your consent. Where: your data is stored in the EU (Ireland). The results email is sent via Resend, a provider in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; the provider's copy is deleted automatically within 30 days. For how long: we keep your data for as long as the contact is active. Data no longer needed is anonymised, keeping only answer data without any personal link, for statistics. Your rights: you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and decline further contact, at any time by emailing info@spihra.com or replying to any of our emails. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
