Privacy policy – Spihra

Who we are

Spihra is a collaboration between HR Digitaliseringsgruppen Sverige AB and People Dimension AB. The companies are joint controllers for the personal data collected through the Spihra quick assessment and when you register for our events. You can reach us at info@spihra.com.

What data we collect

When you take the quick assessment: name, email address, organisation, role, country, industry, your answers and the calculated results, as well as the time and your consent.

When you register for an event: name, email address, organisation and role, any question for the presenters, any dietary requirements for in-person events, the time of registration and whether you have used the link to join.

Why we process the data

To store your answers and to show and send your quick assessment results. Legal basis: your consent.
To run the event you have registered for, for example sending confirmations, reminders and the joining link. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the event.
To arrange food at in-person events. Dietary requirements may reveal allergies, which count as health data. We only process them if you provide them yourself, and on the basis of your explicit consent.
To contact you about your results, upcoming events and Spihra's services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up interest in Spihra. You can opt out at any time.
For analysis of the market or the industry. Results are then presented only at an anonymised and aggregated level, and no individual organisation's data is ever disclosed.

Where the data is stored

Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Our emails are sent via Resend, a provider in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The provider's copy of each email is deleted automatically within 30 days. We never sell your data.

How long we keep the data

We keep your data for as long as the contact is relevant. Dietary requirements are deleted no later than seven days after the event. Data that is no longer needed is anonymised, and only answer data without any link to you is kept for statistics.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent and opt out of further contact. Email info@spihra.com or reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
